Rock Hill, SC - The Sea Devils extended their win streak to nine straight on Wednesday night as Cape Fear Community College cruised to a 107-74 victory over Clinton Junior College in men's basketball action.
Three different players recorded double figures, including a team-high 23 points from Josh Lindsey.
"We continue to have mental lapses on the defensive end of the floor and we need to get it fixed in a hurry," said CFCC Coach Ryan Mantlo. "Our effort is there so we're capable of fixing it."
Cape Fear moved to 3-0 in league play and 18-5 overall. First-place in the Region 10 standings is on the line on Saturday, Jan. 20, when the Sea Devils return to action at home against Denmark Tech (3-1, 9-4). Tip-off is slated for 5 p.m. at the Schwartz Center.
