Martinsville, VA - Men's basketball loses 68-55 to Hagerstown Community College.
The Sea Devils struggled this weekend as they went 0-2 in the Patrick Henry CC Tournament. In the second game of the tournament Dakari Johnson had a team high of 20 points and Talton Jones converted for 9 points on the day. With this tough loss, head coach Mark Lane wants to see his team respond better.
Coach Mark Lane says, "controlled the whole game until the last 6 minutes. Have to do a better job at putting 2 halves' together. That comes with having 10 freshmen but it's all about how we respond".
The Sea Devils are now 1-3 on the season.
Their next game is scheduled for Tuesday, November 12th as they take on Bull City Prep. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m.
