Louisburg, NC - Cape Fear Community College cruised to an 86-63 result over Hagerstown CC on Saturday to get back-to-back wins in as many days to open the season.
Five different Sea Devils finished in double figures as freshman guard Jasmine Brown excelled in all three facets of the game with a team-high 19 points, eight boards and four assists. Ashley Hicks and Alexius Hampton added 14 points apiece, while Kristina Rumplasch and Eboni Gilliam controlled the glass with 11 combined rebounds.
Cape Fear (2-0) continues its five-game road trip to start the year with two straight trips to Virginia beginning at Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke on Saturday, Nov. 22.
