Wilmington, NC - The Sea Devil Women's soccer team got their 5th straight win against Wake Tech Community College on Wednesday, September 11. Cape Fear dominated play for the entire game with a final score of 6-0. Freshman Angella Zanelli (Wilmington, NC/Laney H.S.) added three goals, while Sophomore Megan Fouty (Hampstead, NC/Topsail H.S.) added two. Sophomore Jaime Berti (Jacksonville, NC/Southwest H.S.) finished the scoring with a goal in the final minutes of the second half.
The 5-0 Sea Devils hit the pitch again this Saturday as they battle conference foe USC Salkahatchie. Game time is set for 4pm at the North Campus Soccer Facility.
