Wilmington, NC - Cape Fear cruised to an empathic 12-0 win over Wake Tech on Thursday as the Sea Devils set their sights on the Region 10 tournament with one game to play in the regular season.
Dakota Honeycutt recorded the hat trick and picked up an assist, while Nikki Tiller tallied twice along with Armani Boswell, who scored two goals in the result.
"We've set goals all season and have expectations heading into the conference tournament," said CFCC Coach Melissa Anderson. "We were able to execute on all levels today."
The Sea Devils moved to 8-2-1 in conference and 11-3-1 overall heading into their regular season finale at home against USC-Lancaster on Sunday, Oct. 26.
