Bolivia, NC - Cape Fear men's basketball defeated Chattanooga State, 84-80, on Thursday in the first game of the Brunswick Community College Holiday Classic.
Alston Davis led the team with 23 points, while Jalen Cameron added 18. Eric Fox scored 13, while Donte Tatum finished with 12.
"We did some really good things tonight, say head coach Ryan Mantlo. "We again found a way to win in a different way which will help us down the road."
Cape Fear improves to 8-5 on the season. They play again tomorrow as they take on Bryant & Stratton College at 7:00 p.m.
