Sea Devils Defeat Dundalk

Bolivia, NC - The Cape Fear Community College women's basketball team bounced back from its weekend setback and picked up a 77-68 win over CCBC Dundalk in the opening game of the Holiday Classic at Brunswick Community College.

Eboni Gilliam poured in a game-high 27 points for the Sea Devils and recorded a double-double with 21 rebounds. Monica Alexander also hit for 18 points and Kristina Rumplasch chipped in with 15 points leading the Cape Fear scoring column.

The Sea Devils moved to 7-3 overall and remain 3-2 in conference play. Cape Fear continues a stretch of three games in three days on Thursday, Dec. 18 with a noon tip-off against Caldwell CCIT.
